Named after the ever popular beach break in Yallingup, this thick and hazy beer is the first to feature the most infamous of all the Kiwi hops, Nelson Sauvin. Its addition to this big boy haze was intended to seek out a nuanced flavour profile, which we're confident we've achieved well. Drinkers will be delighted with hints of green fruit, white wine and gooseberry notes, which is a bit different than than the traditional juicy and tropical fruit styles we've been experimenting with to date.
ABV: 8.1%
Aroma: Green fruits, gooseberry and a little citrus. Lively and powerful hop aroma.
Mouthfeel: A delightful balance between soft and heavy on the palate. The softness comes from a rounded water profile and protein heavy malts. Bitterness is gentle to match.
Taste: A thick and hazy big 'un, chock full of complex notes of white wine, gooseberry and citrus. Soft malt flavour, and big and punchy on the aroma.
