The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey is one of the few Irish triple distilled single malts available. This single malt expression is triple-distilled and then aged in both bourbon and sherry casks, which give it exceptional flavors. The nose is fruity but light with hints of vanilla and fudge. On the palate, there is peaches with cream pudding flavour combined with almonds and biscuits crumbled up and sprinkled on top. The finish lingers for quite a long time with a sweet, pleasant oakiness towards the end. Overall it is smooth and warm with very pleasant subtleties.
