Cheeky Monkey are kicking off the first Surfbreak of the year, with a big ole hazy (I don't think you could have expected anything less from them!). This hazy Imperial IPA is a thicccc one. It's a joose bomb, fermented with our special house yeast and loaded up on all of the hops, plus more.
Aroma: Fresh pineapple, white peach, citrus, white wine. This beer is layered with complexities and is very responsive to changes in serving temperatures, opening up new aromas as it warms.
Taste: Soft malt flavour and big and punchy. Expect notes of pine, sweet peach flesh and bright grapefruit and orange citrus.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is heavy on the palate. With a rounded water profile and protein heavy malts, this beer has a softness to its mouthfeel. Bitterness is firm, but needed in this thick hop soup!
