Colonial have put in over 100kW of solar power. So they were making beer from sunshine. To celebrate this they did an in-house brew comp, and the winning beer has gone into this can. This monster is their biggest hopped beer to date, featuring luscious stone fruit character from NZ Rakau and bitter resin and citrus from US grown Amarillo & Simcoe. A light malt body supports the huge juicy hop character and leaves a long bitter finish.
