HOP PUNCH HAZY – a 6.6% hazy IPA bursting with lemon, lime, tangerine, mango & pine flavours. A touch of pilsner malt character and bitterness bring everything together to create a balanced yet bold hazy IPA. Dip-hopped mid ferment with Vic Secret and double dry-hopped post ferment with Strata, Talus and Citra Spectrum (liquid hops baby!)

Hop Addition #1 – Bitter Gold Salvo in the boil
Hop Addition #2 – Dip hop mid ferment with Vic Secret
Hop Addition #3 – Double dry hop post ferment with Strata, Talus + Citra Spectrum
THE TASTING NOTES
Lemon, lime, tangerine, mango + pine kick off a tropical fruit party full of Sahara suits, flares, mimosas, and orange tinted sunglasses. Coming in at 6.6% ABV, with a touch of pilsner malt character and bitterness to bring everything together and create a balanced yet bold hazy IPA.
