Heritage starts with a classic German Berliner Weisse ale recipe, then they add a bit more wheat to increase the body, after that they kettle sour it to reach the desired acidity, finally they add ridiculous amount of fruit to balance sweet and sour, resulting in a lightly tart beer that is dripping in fruit.
