La Cache wines are an exclusive range of hand-crafted, vintage sparkling wines made from the highest quality Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz vines within Margaret River.
The wines are made from carefully tended small parcels of fruit that are a true representation of the region. Parcels are kept separate during wine making to maximise blending options and the complexity of the final wine. Each La Cache wine is crafted by méthode traditionnelle and spends between five and ten years on lees before release.
Our 100% Chardonnay is and display crunchy citrus fruit aromas underpinned with rich biscuity notes from the extended sur lie ageing. The palate is elegant and finishes deliciously dry, with juicy citrus flavours, an underlying brioche-note of complexity, and a finely textured mousse.
