We are extremely fortunate & most certainly excited to host the DIPLOMATICO WORLD COCKTAIL CHAMPION - SAI HAMSALA!
Now the Asia Pacific Brand Ambassador for Diplomatico, Sai will be presenting instore on Monday the 23rd of July 2018 the newly released range as well as some limited released rums from the Diplomatico archive.
We shall be exploring the values & history of Diplomatico, their profiles & what styles of different foods accompany the different rums to extenuate their aromas & flavours as well as changing the view of rums in cocktails with some real twists being tried on the evening.

6) Diplomatico Single Vinatge 2001 - Limited Release no longer available (Neat & only 6 units available for sale on the evening)
7) Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva (Neat) & paired with a Diplomatico Venezuelen Chocolate collaborated with a bespoke chocolatier in Melbourne which will be tried & tested first at this event!!!
As mentioned all rums will be paired with different types of food throughout the tasting as well as a savoury dish to finish off the evening! The free tasting will start at 6:30pm on Monday the 23rd of July 2018! So how do you become apart of the tasting??
