Bulldog Gin began in 2007. Anshuman Vohra had a dream to develop the first modern gin. This came at a perfect time, and two years later Bulldog Gin would take off in Spain during the gin boom.
To make Bulldog Gin is a rather tedious process, but it's absolutely worth it. First, a grain neutral spirit is mixed with 12 natural botanicals in a copper pot still.
The vapour that is released passes through a condenser and is turned back into a liquid to make an essence. This essence is then infused with wheat-based grain neutral spirit. The liquid is then broken down to 40% alcohol and bottled as Bulldog Gin.
