Kilderkin Distillery is rather new on the spirit scene. The Distillery was only founded in 2016 in the city of Ballarat.
They proudly claim to be the first distillery in the area since the 1930s. Kilderkin Distillery Buccaneer Navy 57% is an extra-strength gin comprised of rich flavours including extra Juniper and lime.
This gin is perfect to be used as a base for cocktails because of its extra-strength. Kilderkin uses two pot stills that have been custom made by renowned still maker Peter Bailly. These custom-made stills mean that Kilderkin Distillery can have clean, distilled spirits for their gin and whisky.
