his is an opportunity to taste whisky from GlenAllachie in its purest form. One cask straight from the warehouse, no water added, natural colour. Billy Walker only highlighted a small number of casks at the start of the year to be bottled for key markets – needless to say that the quality is exceptional. GlenAllachie whisky responds very well to fresh American oak and in this particular cask the vanilla and tropical fruit notes are fantastic. This expression is truly a one-off; it can never be bottled again.
