Founded in 2004 by Cameron Syme, Limeburners were the first company to distribute single malt whisky in Western Australia.
Their first flagship single malt whisky went on to collect multiple awards. They garnered a bronze medal in London at the highly coveted International Wine & Spirits competition.
The Peated M209 is made using peat found in the ‘Valley of the Giants’, Denmark. The peat method allows for the whiskey to develop extreme smokey flavours. The barkley grain is exposed to peat smoke which creates a rich, aromatic whisky with an abundance of hidden flavours.
The whisky is matured in old bourbon American Oak casks.
