Tasting notes:
Colour: Deep amber gold.
Aroma: A dominant butterscotch nose with dried fruit hints accompanied by toffee apple & an inkling of candied vanilla.
Palate: A delicious honeyed front palate with subtle spice & citrus notes. The dried fruit does continue on with some lovely raisin hints & caramel notes.
Finish: Vanilla from the oak remains with a slight sweet note.
Alcohol Percentage: 40%.
