Nose: Cinnamon, wood spice, orange oil, dried fruits, banana, caramel
Palate: Soft wood spice, candied raisin, fresh fig, fresh orange
DOUBLE CASK 18 YEAR OLD The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, a perfectly balanced single malt whisky matured for 18 years in both American and European sherry seasoned oak casks. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.
Nose: Dried fruit, ginger and toffee. Rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg.
Palate: Rich raisin and sultana with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger, balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.
TRIPLE CASK MATURED 12 YEARS OLD The Macallan Triple Cask Matured 12 Years Old forms part of our Triple Cask Matured range; a series of single malt whiskies crafted in a triple cask combination of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks and American ex-bourbon oak casks.
Nose: Complex, with hints of vanilla, melon and lemon zest.
Palate: Medium balanced with lemon citrus, vanilla and light toasted oak and nutmeg.
SHERRY OAK 12 YEARS OLD The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity.
Nose: Complex with hints of vanilla.
Palate: Smooth, medium balanced with fruit, oak and spice.
