Michel Couvreur develop all their whiskies based on their philosophy - Virtute et Opera, meaning ‘courage and toil’. Their unique cellaring process has cemented their name as one of the premier whisky makers throughout France. The whisky is aged in sherry casks 150 meters below ground in the Bouze-les-Beaune cellars.
