Pinkster Gin was developed when Pinkster Gin owner, Stephen, decided that wine and beer were no longer sitting too well with him. He wanted to try something new.
Stephen began experimenting at his home and mashing different fruits together. He quickly found that raspberries created the best tasting gin - hence the soft pink colouring.
A popular cocktail is called the ‘Pinktini’. Add 50 ml of Pinkster gin, 10 ml of Elderflower cordial, fill in a shaker with a handful of raspberries and top with ice. The perfect drink for a warm summer's day.
