Their gin is distilled at the iconic ‘Merembra’ homestead which was built in the 1840s. As extraordinary gin makers, Stone Pine seeks inspiration from their natural surrounds to capture the Australian beauty wherever possible. The companies name ‘Stone Pine’ is used because of the giant stone pine tree that grows on the Merembra property. Legend says that the tree was planted in 1840 when the house was built.
