Espolon Blanco Master Distiller, Cirilo Oropeza, spent many years perfecting the art of making tequila. In 1995, he would join forces with a local entrepreneur to create the home of Espolon tequila. Espolon pays homage to Jose Guadalupe Posada through their creative bottled artwork which is inspired by Posada’s famous skull artwork.
