This fruit is grown by the Kelly’s, near the ocean just North of Margaret River.
Wild ferment, 40% in barrel with the balance in stainless steel. Lots of lees stirring to increase texture and palate weight.
Light and lively, with hints of lemon and sea spray. Delicate citrus palate full of ripe grapefruit and a saline edge.
