In collaboration with Biota Dining in Bowral, 200 individually numbered & signed bottles were produced, using fresh elderflower from the Biota dining garden. The delicate flavour of elderflower has been complemented by two natives: saltbush & lemon myrtle, together with juniper & selected other gin botanicals. Try an Elderflower Sour, with gin, lemon juice, egg white & elderflower cordial on crushed ice.
